Article 113
Any person who knowingly enters or exit the Indonesian Territory without passing through an examination by the Immigration Officer at Immigration Checkpoint Venue as contemplated in Article 9 paragraph (1) shall be punished with imprisonment for a maximum of 1 (one) year and/or fine sentence at the maximum of Rp100,000,000,00 (one hundred million Rupiah).
Article 9
(1) Every people who enter or exit the Indonesian Territory shall be obliged to pass through a check conducted by the Immigration Officer at Immigration Checkpoint Venue.according the presidential decree 105 year 2015. The ports that are authorized as Immigration Checkpoint Venue for Yacht :
a. Pelabuhan Sabang, Sabang, Aceh;
b. Pelabuhan Belawan, Medan, Sumatera Utara;
c. Pelabuhan Teluk Bayur, Padang, Sumatera Barat;
d. Nongsa Point Marina, Batam, Kepulauan Riau;
e. Bandar Bintan Telani, Bintan, Kepulauan Riau;
f. Pelabuhan Tanjung Pandan, Belitung, Bangka Belitung;
g. Pelabuhan Sunda Kelapa dan Marina Ancol, DKI Jakarta;
h. Pelabuhan Benoa, Badung, Bali;
i. Pelabuhan Tenau, Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur;
j. Pelabuhan Kumai, Kotawaringin Barat, Kalimantan Tengah;
k. Pelabuhan Tarakan, Tarakan, Kalimantan Utara;
l. Pelabuhan Nunukan, Bulungan, Kalimantan Timur;
m. Pelabuhan Bitung, Bitung, Sulawesi Utara;
n. Pelabuhan Ambon, Ambon, Maluku;
o. Pelabuhan Saumlaki, Maluku Tenggara Barat, Maluku;
p. Pelabuhan Tual, Maluku Tenggara, Maluku;
q. Pelabuhan Sorong, Sorong, Papua Barat; dan
r. Pelabuhan Biak, Biak, Papua.
Up to 24 hours prior to your arrival in a Port of Entry, log-in to the the new Yacht Electronic Registration System at https://yachters-indonesia.id Complete the necessary forms and http://yacht.beacukai.go.id/yachtbc/index.html
Print out the forms and present them to the authorities at your first port of entry (make several copies, min 10).The forms are self-explanatory and require similar information to what was previously required with the CAIT, such as chosen entry port, list of ports you intend to visit, ETA/ETD and so on.
Article 114
(1) Person in Charge of Transport Tool that enters or exits the Indonesian Territory with his/her transport tool without passing through the Immigration Checkpoint Venue as contemplated in Article 17 paragraph (1) shall be punished with imprisonment for a maximum of 1 (one) year and/or fine sentence at the maximum of Rp100,000,000,00 (one hundred million Rupiah).
(2) Person in Charge of Transport Tool that intentionally disembark or embark the passenger without passing through an examination of the Immigration Officer or landing examining personnel at the Immigration Checkpoint Venue as contemplated in Article
